Mr. Keith Klok (Owner) - Professional Black Belt Master Instructor

With over 20 years experience in Martial Arts. Mr. Keith Klok provides "Quality Instruction Through Experience" for you and your children.

Certified Master Instructor in Tae Kwon-do, Han Moo Kwan through the Pan Am TKD Federation. Under Grand Master Bia.

 

  • 4th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon-Do, Han Moo Kwan
  • (Grand Master Bai - Pan American TKD Federation)
  • 1st Degree Black Belt received December 15th, 1985
  • (Grand Master Bai - Pan American TKD Federation)
  • 8 Year veteran of Wing Chun, Kung-Fu
  • (Grand Master Henry Cook - Sifu under the seven winds flying fist system)
  • Other martial arts studied include Hung Gar kung Fu, Few Jou Pai Kung-Fu, Muay Thai, Hap Ki Do, Karate and Jujitsu.
  • 2001 U.S. Champion of the Year, Men's Heavy Weight Black Belt "Full Contact" Sparring, Tae Kwon-Do Championship.
  • 2001, 2002 & 2005 State Champion Men's Forms, Black Belt Division, North Carolina State Games.
  • Gold medals in the men's black belt executive division in 2001, 2002 and 2005
  • Ranked 13th in Nation in weapons at the 1993 Grand Nationals, first time entered.
  • Finished 4th at Grand Nationals in Sparring (1993)
  • Ranked 1st in Sparring for the tri-state area of NY, NJ and Connecticut in 1984
  • President and Founder of the Ramapo State College Karate Team, 1985 and 1987.

Mr. Rick White - Assistant Instructor

With over 15 years experience in Martial Arts, Mr. Rick White provides superb instruction.

Mr. Vladimir Kochetkov - Assistant Instructor

Mr. Kochetkov comes from Russia with over 25 years of Martial Arts experience in the grappling arts.

  • 3rd degree Black Belt in Judo..
  • 3rd Degree Black Belt in Russian Sambo (Unarmed self-defense Studied by the Russian army)..
  • In 1976 through 1977 he was the Ukrainian National Judo Champion.
  • From 1975 Through 1980 Mr. Kochetkov was a member of the Russian National United Judo Team.
  • 1979 3rd in the World International Judo Championships held in Mongolia.
  • 1990 3rd in the World International Judo Championships held in Germany.
  • 1997 and 1998 Mr. Kochetkov was the North Carolina State Judo Champion
  • 1997 Virginia State Judo Champion.
